BLAKWATER EXCHANGE PROGRAM (BXP)
The Blakwater Exchange Program (BXP) is an intergenerational music, business development, and cultural exchange platform geared towards working musicians of varying expertise and backgrounds. We operate from 3 pillars; Access, Artist Development and Creative Exchange. Our in-house teaching studio serves as the nucleus for collaborative exchange as musicians share ideas, personal experiences, blend genres, and create original music over the course of 33 classes covering several subject areas, including:
WELLNESS, BRANDING, PRODUCTION, LOGISTICS, ONLINE ARTISTRY, BACK-OFFICE, ARTIST DEVELOPMENT
While BXP activities occur in our studio located at the Maryland Art Place, our guests will log into our online community to collaborate and participate in our interactive pilot course.
